We are kicking you off the Forum j.P.......!! :? ....or is it J.p ?

J.P. for Jean-Pierre (John-Peter in english)
first name and surname need a capital letter for the first letter.
Yvon DUHAMEL is a one word name: Duhamel; if it was a two word name would be: du Hamel as "du" means "of" which is a preposition and preposition isn't written on capital letter excepted on the beginning of a sentence.

In the few years I worked for him, I NEVER saw him print/write/sign his name with a capital D, only the H, everything else, lower case.

Anyone else here ever work for him, and/or see him sign his name? I didn't think so.

Actually I saw him sign dozens of autographs. At the snowmobile Hall of Fame in St Germain Wi back in 2010.

I dont collect autographs so I dont have one. Let me see if one of my buddies can find theres.

From Wikipedia

Yvon Duhamel (born 1939), professional motorcycle racer and father of Miguel Duhamel

From Ancestry.com

Duhamel Family History. French: topographic name for someone who lived in a hamlet, from Old French hamel, a diminutive of ham 'homestead', with fused preposition and definite article du.

It has a few spelling varieties including DuHamel, Duhammel, DuHammel, Hammel, Hamel, but the origin is French and spelt Duhamel :e11
