For next years meet I'll be ready with a couple of new rides.
1st is a 72 suzuki GT750 with chambers and slight porting, I traded one of my other non 2strokes for it & finally have it dialed in & running great. Done a 300 mile day on it last weekend.
2nd is a 1975 175 yamaha enduro, purchased here in my home town from the widow of the original owner, probably the nicest all stock & original bike of the era I've came across. That little jewel I picked up & brought it home, cleaned the bike & shoved it down the drive & popped the clutch & she fired after a 18 year slumber. Had to remove the carb to clean the idle jet as Super Dave tought me & now is running like a champ. I've put about 250 miles on it & have fallen in love with the little bike. Road, trails, hills ect. It does it all very well.
Can't wait till next year to see you all

Where's the 'I'm disturbed by your lack of pics' picture at when you need it. let's see whatcha got?

I ran the rt1b down the gap a couple times. Rode like it was on rails. I'd have ridden this past year but forgot to put the key in the switch before I left.

i love the DT , it was my buddys "first bike" and if he ever got off it , there was always a scramble to "just have a run up the street" . he later got the 250 but always said he liked the 175 better,.

That is an excellent example of a nice dt175 but the price is ultra high. I don't believe it hit the reserve last week and high bid was around $2500.00
Mine is unusually nice & picked it up at a fraction of the price & have turned down good money. I like the little bike so I'll keep it. It amazes me with it's abilities for cruising back roads, keep up with hwy traffic & is an excellent trail bike. And I'm not a small guy. It just sipps gas & oil so its an added bonus for operating cost. Hopefully in the next few weeks I'm going to go thru southern indianna and put about 300 miles on it in a day. Without worries I might add, she runs perfect and handles great.

2500 seems a little stout to me also. Are the gauges sun faded on this bike or did they come that way.

Craig,

Your new Buffalo looks really nice too! Love that seat treatment and the color looks sinister! Look forward to seeing you at the Gap next Spring and hope to catch a ride with you there. Beautiful DT too! ;)

I saw those gauges & mine do not look anything like that. Mine are new looking. must be sun faded.
