Little heads up. I already have four H2's, probably don't need 4 more. These will need new homes in the future, these are probably better than the ones I all ready have. Going to clean them up and get them running. Save your penny's and get one. The green one is a 72 frame, 73 engine.
The gray one is a matching number 72, #29xx, good stock pipes. The 75 is matching number, nice stock pipes.
Going to get titles for them. Pretty easy in california. Have not been washed in 10 years. No real rust on these bikes. All Appear to be mostly complete, grab bar, pipes off, not pictured. Current prices are about $6k for those wondering. Green one less, motor rebuilt per the auto trader add from the 90's, wheels are Kawasaki.

Just my 2 cents, it may be better to just leave the motors alone. You could cause a lot of damage trying to start motors that have set for years/decades. :wtf:

I hear what your saying,
So the green bike appears to have been a fresh build, then parked after the new buyer bought it. He never rode it. paint near perfect, best color in the world, few tiny chips on the fender, no scratches to the rest of the bike, dual front along with rear drilled discs brakes , no rust or corrosion on the bike. Probably a Corbin seat, look great but foam crunchy at the low part. Great compression, carbs not stuck. Piston on exhaust port oily, smooth surface, no blow by seen on skirt. Stock carbs, story is that it was built by a Kawasaki mechanic. Did not notice that it was this nice when I bought it. All stock parts 72 , seat, gauges , except motor(73) oil pump system intact. Frame not cut or braced. Let me think about the value of it.

Good or bad, I think the average buyer would rather have them running.

Well, that really depends (again my 2 cents..... ;) ) If they know anything about triples, they will know, most likely the motor is going to need a full rebuild, and if they don't, they will be pissed when the motor blows up, or everything will soon need rebuilding or replacing.

It will bring more money if they are running, but then refer back to people that don't know. Now if the motors turn over at least they know the internals "may" be good.

Personally I wouldn't bother looking at a barn find that was running....... :problem:

OK.....I am wondering, is 6k a bike what you are saying you paid for them all? or for each of them?

Or is 6k what they are selling for in Cali in current condition? If yes, you paid 24k? Or close to it? How much are you asking for each bike after you clean them and start them up?

Sold the 74, probably put the others away for awhile. Get titles, and go from there. Thanks
