This might not be the right place to post this but I couldn't find a better place.

I have just come a cross a new old stock kawasaki triple 2-stroke. The cylinder says 346cc and the vin starts with s2. This motor shows no sign of ever running. The exhaust ports are clean and the sprocket shows no sign of having a chain on. There is some cosmetic damage to the sator and sprocket covers. It looks like someone stacked something metallic on it at some point and it put a few scraches in the paint.

I have photos I can email. I'm looking to sell it if the price is right.

First, welcome to our triple site. If you want help getting something running or fixing something, we'll be more than happy to help. We go out of our way to help the true enthusiasts.

If you think we'll bid against each other, you're sadly mistaken. Just put it on ebay.

Alot of wondering and speculation can be avoided if you were to just post images of this motor right off the bat - it'd be quicker than emailing individually. And as Jeff stated, if you really want to get the most bids/offers and money for your motor, ebay is likely your best bet. On this forum, we have a strong tendency to not step on someone else's toes - we are like one big regional and continental family of Triple fanatics. If you have a figure in mind from the start, just state it along with the all-important images, and if someone here is interested at that point, they will contact you. Good luck on your sale.
