Looks like a very good deal...and yes, most likely a '71. Looks like it has Dencos on it.

I would say it might be a good deal if you could see the whole bike in detail? A title would be nice even if you don't live in New York......

Do like the early Blue H1's even if it's not correct for that year.

Wow 71's coming out of the woodwork all of the sudden. I have a title and frame, but I do need a seat and rear fender ! Just wish it were a bit cheaper.
