I bought this bike in July 2011. She runs great, and as the pics. show, I've changed a few things around. She has a new battery, lower bars, new grips, different turn signals, and bar end mirrors (one fell off earlier this sumer). I also slightly redid the tail to make it look a little shorter, and gave her a rattle can paint job. I clearcoated the black paint with a 2-part clearcoat that gas doesn't effect. I have all the stock stuff (bars, signals, tail stuff), a manual, and whatever extra stuff (airbox) I got with the bike from the PO. The tires and chain/sprockets are good. The speedometer quit earlier this summer--its in the speed itself, and I haven't done anything about it yet. I put a little fairing on her this summer, and took the cafe style seat off and went back to the stock set. I liked the look, but made it myself it it just wasn't very comfortable. The only bad are the speedo., and she has a slight oil leak after she's warm and if you use the side stand instead of the center stand. By slight leak, I really mean a couple of drops. I went for a ride today, she ran fine, and didn't leak a drop when I put her away on her centerstand. I bought her because I was looking for something to ride after getting my license again after 20+ years. I had 2 triples back in the '80s, and when this came up for sale around the corner from me, I bought her. I just got another bike, and she's got to go...promised my better half. I thought I'd offer her here first, before I tried the CL or Ebay thing. If interested, PM me, or email at jlfslf@verizon.net, or call 410-643-2540 (home). I live near Annapolis, MD.

I was editing the ad to add that stuff. Yes, I have the original bars and turn signals, and I live by Annapolis, MD. All the lights, and electrical stuff works fine. I'd like her to go to a good home--that's why she's here. She's never broken down on me, and starts from cold after the third or fourth kick after being left for however long.

I'm close and I have a 4800 square foot shop to put it in for short term storage in for anybody that wants it. You make all the arrangements and pay for my fuel to and from. Can deliver to DG 2013.

I got the fairing from Dime City Cycles in Florida. Its an "Emgo" fairing I think, and alot of vendors have them.

I forgot to mention that the side covers are new. I have one of the old ones, but it has a small crack in it, and I bought new rather than fix it.

I'm pretty sure I also have the "KH 400" emblems that go on the side covers.
