They look more like 1973 H1D side covers. |

Good eye Jim!  The H1-D has "Capacitor Discharge Ignition" in black, H1-E in green. Both have Mach III in white. Also the D is more of an olive green while the E is more forest green. (not the official Kawasaki names for the colors...)
