IMO...

It's a 69.
It's not all there.
It's in rough condition and unknown wear.
It would take 5k to restore, not counting most of your labor, and doing most yourself. Likely much more.

A beautifully restored 69 goes for how much ? On Ebay maybe 10k ?

So if you bought it for 2k you'd have 7k in it. Sell it for 10k and make 3k.
Thats not enough to cover your labor. But you would get some pleasure out of owning it, showing it.

I'd give 1k. I'd enjoy it. If I just had to have it I'd give 1.5k. No way would I give more.

Oh crap, I do not post here often, but I do lurk on occassion when I have time. Have not been on in a while and found this thread very entertaining. I was looking for my popcorn but it seems the show may be over. If so, too bad because I must say I really enjoyed watching! :clap: If not, I am ready for act II or the sequel to this one!
