I recently acquired a later 69 h1 motor. It appears to be in really good shape, came out of a chopper(hideous). Anyway, my plan is to build a very non purist special bike and I know these are hard to find. So, i would entertain trade offers? or? My plan is to build an rd w/ an h1 motor. since the topend on this is fresh and good(can still see hatch marks, its at .50 bore), I may consider some thing if its worth my while. While oi do tend to build non restored specials, i do not like to 'cut up' stuff like this. so..... heres some pics. I noticed no broken fins either. but also no heads.. sorry. whats in the pics is all i have for this motor. and yes, it turns over and all that. I would imagine crank seals would be needing a freshening.
