Cody, I left the Service Advisor biz 12 ish years ago and as of then skullduggery in the biz was alive and well. The worst part of my job was dealing with used car purchasers coming back the next day with a list of "problems" that was promised to be fixed. Then dealing with the amnesia of the saleman.....ect. So it was my job to call em and give em the good news.....that they'd been bent over.
