I’m offering up rebuilt and refurbished EX calipers for sale. These are a HUGE upgrade in braking over the stock clam shell caliper and will work fine with a stock master cylinder. I have both left and right calipers. They will work with the adapter plate on every triple motorcycle excluding the 76 KH500. Here’s my rebuild process: first they are totally disassembled with all parts soaked in Evaporust for a couple of days, then off to the ultrasonic for two 30 minute cycles. I then clean the seal grooves with steel and brass wheels in my Dremel tool and then back in for one more 30 minute ultrasonic cleaning cycle. Once the parts are dried out, I use an All Balls rebuild kit that includes new seals (greased) and new dust boots. New FA129 (unbranded) sintered pads are loaded after anti squeal is sprayed and allowed to dry on the reverse side. New crush washers and a new bleeder nipple cap is included. On the mount side of the caliper, the second and third holes are tapped 10mm x 1.25. Nice used factory chrome fork mount bolts (2) are supplied as well as the 3rd bolt which is new (also 10mm x 1.25). Price is $120 shipped in the continental US for each loaded caliper or $140 shipped if you need the EX to Triples fork caliper adapter plate with it. I’ll honor a 20% discount if you purchase more than one caliper. I also have rebuilt EX master cylinders for sale at $65 each. Please check with me for availability on the master cylinders as I only keep a few in stock on hand. Payment to be made via gifted PayPal or will take your personal check if I know you. PM if interested.

For new forum members or Triple owners not familiar with this upgrade, this applies to only the H-series Triples, not the S-series 350-400's (or KH500 as noted).

Beautiful rebuilds BTW!

Is there a better disk available to replace the existing one that works with these calipers?

Most use the stock disc w/ EX caliper. If there is an upgraded disc to use that works, I don’t know about it.

I still have plenty of loaded EX calipers in stock in both left and right units. PM if interested.

Yeah, the adapter is a little different... but it'll work with stock disc!

Have plenty of EX rebuilt calipers in stock ready to move. Only have a few EX adapter plates left though. PM me if interested for special sale pricing and payment info. Thanks!
