I've had this bike for over 10 years and finally got to putting it all back together!

'76 Kawasaki 400cc 2 Stroke Triple. KH400-A3
Engine S3E-032835
Frame S3F-32277
I'm not the original owner, but have all the paperwork. CT no longer issues titles (INSERT long story about how I've been trying to get a replacement/duplicate title since 2011), but I'll provide state forms needed to transfer ownership (Q1, H-115, and whatever other forms are needed!)

Short list of what I've done to this bike:
_ Rebuilt engine with once over pistons, new seals, and crank.
_ EX400 front brake
_ Lakeland CDI upgrade (thank you Jim!)
_ Brand new front tire
_ new battery
_ replaced front fender
_ rust removal, cleaned, painted pipes
_ new skin for seat after de-rusting and painting seat pan.
_ replaced turn signal plastics and some rear wiring
_ aftermarket mirrors
_ deep clean of gas tank. ((its surprising how rust free it is in there!))
_ rattle can paint job. I didn't have the cash to get it done via body shop, but I tried hard. :)
_ plenty of rust removal, cleaning, and paint touch up. At one point this was stripped almost all the way to bare frame.
_ and so on...

I haven't gotten around to changing the fork seals (new seals included) nor have I had a chance to dive into the rear wheel. Back tire is dry rotted and there is a split spoke.

This bike has a great head start to a full restoration-
But to be rideable it needs a tuning to get the carbs in sync and a new back tire. Otherwise, kicks right over and ready to go.

Here are some videos (walk around inspections and a video of it running)
Walk around part1
Walk around part2
Little smokin' video

Instead of posting a bunch of individual pictures, here is the LINK to my flickr album. I use it for all my forum pictures, so there are rebuild pics in there as well.

Looking to get close to $5k-- but for the Kawi2Stroke crew (I know it'll go to someone who will care) I'll let go for $4500.
If you are on/near the east coast, we can discuss delivery options as I can put it in the trailer (as shown in pics) and meet you halfway? just an option

Thanks for looking!

For a rattle can paint job it looks pretty good in the pics.

Thanks!! RB's decals are totally worth the ~$80-- they make it look official!

Naturally, if I were to do this all over again, I'd spend my time and money a little differently.
