http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surströmming

Surströmming (pronounced [sʉ̌ːʂtrœmːɪŋ], Swedish "soured (Baltic) herring") is a northern Swedish dish consisting of fermented Baltic herring. Surströmming is sold in cans, which may bulge after prolonged storage, due to the continued fermentation.
When opened, the contents release a strong and sometimes overwhelming odour; the dish is often eaten outdoors. According to a Japanese study, a newly opened can of surströmming has one of the most putrid food smells in the world, even more so than similarly fermented fish dishes such as the Korean Hongeohoe or Japanese Kusaya.[1]

ugh... Herring. Another fond memory. :e9

My dad still loves pickled Herring.

I ALSO have a KAWASAKI '72 YEAR of the TRI-STARS two page poster. Its a bit different. It's two pages from a magazine. Its metalic blue with an H2,H1 and S2 doing a wheely. On the back there is a short BIO of each bike as well as F and G series machines. The pages have been laminated at one time. They are now one part and not in perfect shape, either. I can EMAIL you a photo.......

I had that same brochure made in to a couple of different posters and sold them for 15 bucks each at ebay.
Laminated 18x24 posters that came out very nice.
