I'd be a wee bit concerned about paying big bucks for 40 year old vinyl... It certainly wouldn't be as durable as a recently made cover. I wonder what a vintage pack of smokes would go for?  But then again, probably it will end up on some trailer queen that never gets sat on anyway!

I'm just bitter because I had a pristine KH400 seat but after 1 season of riding, the vinyl split up the seam... Really a shame there isn't a provider that is willing to make replica's... Hint fricken hint!!!

Hint fricken hint!!! me too NOS S2A seat from Flinstone or Ted * from Canuk land after when year and an half of use the vinyl begins to be cut on each side

My original H2 seat cover failed at the silly waffle pattern lines that were put in by melting the vinyl. That was before it was 6 years old. |

Duct tape worked for a while. Then I made a cover from unpatterned vinyl I got at a fabric shop. That one is 34 years old and still fine.
