We are hunkering down for the winter. House will be on the market as soon as the grass starts to turn green and the trees start budding again. As soon as the snow hits the ground, everything looks like CRAP for 5 months...... :e9

how long was your house on the market?, and did you get out OK?

Hi Cody

Our market here is BAD.........First realtor had it over-priced for 3 months
Got rid on him and lowered 30k and sold in 2 weeks !!! I got out ok
and will have the down payment and another 15k for improvements !

Got a Pool !!!
