I am running one of these on my H2 engine with great success.
Here's a few in the $40 US price range....

well they do rust in Norway, and because of the strict regulations regarding chroming here,i do not think there is anybody doing chroming anymore here... we have to ship to Sweden (expensive + postage) Poland (cheap but poor quality work+ postage)
best quality I have found so far is in fact Thailand, and its cheap too,but...it normally takes at least 2, maybe 3 months before I get it back, and I need it now :-)
if you have one in the quality I requested I am happy to buy one from you :-)

The link I sent was a ebay search for KZ 750 twin kickstart levers. They are cheap and abundant and fit perfectly on H2. Just type KZ 750 Kawasaki Twin kick start lever in the ebay search bar and it should lead you to them. Here's one that is decent for $10. Looks like it would clean up well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1976-KAWASAKI-K ... af&vxp=mtr
