I finally have the right side cylinder off the case!!!!! 2 studs gave the ultimate sacrifice though  Anyplace to purchase new cylinder studs? or does anyone have a set to sell?? I would love to replace all 12 but I could live with just replacing the 2 I need. Thanks!!!

I have not found anything local, but here's a set from Germany:

Use this Google translator - http://translate.google.com/part number - cut/paste web URL into box, then click on link on right.

I just searched the part number at ebay Germany Bud.
Found single ones from a different seller.
"Hard to Find Parts" and he also sells full sets.

Excellent work Steve  . Here's his set too:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/VS172G1075-KAWASAKI-H2-750-F5-Big-Horn-Stehbolzen-12x-Zylinder-VA-OEM-specs-/271365594440

Not sure if they're the same stud between listings, or if not, if the first one I linked is stainless which is definitely a nice feature for this corrosion-prone part.
