hello jack

are you talking about the throttle tube/sleeve that is inside the grip?
have you found a replacement?
have you tried to match any after market throttle sleeves?

my throttle tube needs replacement and i have not done the foot work yet to find a new one.

Throttle tube and grip is one part. I don't think you can buy them separately.

Looks like this on the inside:

Which models and years had metal throttle tubes?

what is the difference between GRIP ASSEMBLY, THROTTLE part# 46019-023 and 46019-022?

someone on ebay has a 46019-022 NOS and I do not know if it will fit my H2C

All my early H2 throttles are a metal tube with a staked alloy pulley - these are '72/'73's. I'm presuming later stuff is plastic, they changed a whole lot of stuff on the H2-B and later models, and used lot more plastic - instruments, switch-gear, side-covers, etc.
