Another member here is helping me out big time with my carb troubles. One of my floats is damaged. If anyone has a spare and is willing to sell, that'd be awesome!

Before someone tells me to check ebay, the only one posted there is dented! :D

S3 floats are hard to find. Take the dented float. I bought an old set from a member here. They looked like old pieces of junk, but they float. (he assured me that they would. :D ) Mine were full of hairline cracks. They drove me nuts for a while.

HMmmmmmmmmmmm.
After looking through my S3 parts,I seem to have one brand new one(16031-016)
and two perfect second hand ones.floats that is.
Unfortunatley the new one is not for sale, but I am sure you could unlock one of
the second hand ones out of my possesion.
I'm unlikely to need these as my brand new S3 lives in the lounge under a cover.
The new one is only a back up, just in case.
Make an offer.
Putting up a pic is beyond me.computer skills are nil.
Just remember , I am way down here in NZ.
Cheers Steve.

Coild somebody be kind enough to give me an idea on the value of anS3-400 carb float ,that is in very good condition,so this board member can decide if he wants to buy it to fix his carb issues.

He was going to pay $30 for one that turned out to be incorrectly listed..so I think that would be fair. NOS H1 floats are around $25 and repops are under $20. You could get more on eBay, but we're all friends here :D

I agree with $30 for one in very good condition. I paid $30 to usernameandpassword for three use floats that looked pretty rough but worked fine. (Thanks again Richard.)
