I have some memory of a board member who repro'd this part; it was also on eBay. Did I miss the boat or does anyone have a contact, or a clean unit for sale or trade? I have a fiberglass left side cover, cowl, and tank for trade. |

Unfortunatly Jim, it was Clinton Nelson, the same guy that has several sets of peoples body parts that they may never see again. Not sure if he is still selling on ebay or not. |

I'm usually disapointed with a referal to Repro Decals, Jess, Mid Atlantic, Sudco, Z1, etc as they all carry the exact same reproduced parts. It then becomes a contest of whom one likes best as the prices are generally very close. I suspect that many of these products are imprted by either Sudco or Z1 due to the greater amount of voulme and inventory they carry and then resold although this is pure speculation on my part. Not today; Jess does carry that part although it is on backorder; he has my order whenever they come in as he answers emails on Saturday nights! Thanks for the advice guys. In regards to the NOS unit on ebay; I suspect it will go for a very high price; not a good fit as I am not interested in a restoration project with this bike. |
