Steve, I had a tough time finding a key, but eventually I went through this guy on eBay. You give him the make, model and year of your bike + the code (919). In a day or two he sends you 2 brand new keys for $25. The ones I got look nothing like OEM Kawasaki keys..but they work and he gets them to you fast.

If you need a key, I can supply them for all of the Kawasaki Triples from 72 onwards from key number
S1,S1A,S1B,S1C all kh250's
S2,S2A
S3,S3A all KH400's
H1D,H1E.H1F KH500
All 750's
Price is £5 GB plus postage at cost which all goes to cancer research :D :D :D
