here's a quick and dirty pic just taken.

As-Is, I would say they are in very nice "rider" quality condition.
Both have good damping, No major oil staining on face from leaky dampers, TRIP KNOB IN TACT AND WORKING although small rubber boot at the base (where shaft goes through speedo body) is shot and shaft is just a "titch" bent.... and unless you disassemble, I would leave it alone (much easy to repair when taken apart).
From 4500 mile bike. Needles a bit faded and some condensation marks on back side of glass.
Good Candidates for restoration.. Personally, I would pull the glass, clean the face/backside of glass, paint the needles straighten the tripknob shaft and run-em.
Open to offers for the gauges themselves or as stated, I was going to put them together as a complete setup minus ignition switch/key.
