I am looking for a usable tank and tail to use on my S3 so I can still ride while I paint my current body set. Side covers are not a must but I will consider a complete set for the right price. The tank MUST be a KH with locking gas cap, I will eventually use this on my 77 KH400 build, time frame unknown but I will do it! As I said, it needs to be servicable but ugly is OK! I have looked on CheatBay but all the tanks seem to be from Mr Monkeybutt. :e9 I would rather give my money to a member here.

Is the paint important on it? I have a tank and tail on a bike I just bought that I don't plan on using. I don't have the lid though on the gas tank?

That's the plan Jim! The oil side cover has a broken tab so I got one from Bill (Outsider) with the tank & Tail!

So you've gone thru all the carbs and have it running good now? Jim will be in town over the Thanksgiving holiday and wants to get a ride in.

I want to see how the TZR 250 will do against you boys' 400's and 500's! Let's find some tight twistys!!

Patterson Road? How about the "back" way in to Jim's place. I won't be back until Saturday night but maybe we can get a night ride in, or maybe Sunday morning!
