Hi Guys,

I have tried to contact the members who make repro oil lines and check valve parts via their emails listed on the resources site but no luck.
If I knew their usernames I could send them a PM. Help!
Tim

There were a couple guys doing them, but I don't think they are anymore. They're not terribly critical though. Some guys have made them with flexible tubing and various fittings from other 2-stroke engines. They just have to be able to handle a few PSI.

This is the rebuild kit for the check valves.

Hi Guys,

Thanks, that make sense why they didn't respond. I will go with the Yamaha in line solution.

Ready to put the top end on after finding a NOS Wiseco 61.5 mm Dykes style top ring piston and rings on Ebay! Wiseco gave me the part number. Amazing that a 30 year old piston was available.

Also I now have a complete set of repairable stock pipes. I will practice pulling dents on the worst of them.

I strongly suggest you keep the piston clearance on the tight side of the piston specs for Dykes rings.

To get the correct chack valve, look for ones with a check valve release AIR pressure of 4.60 psi.
