In the process of sorting out some light-throttle pinging on my H2, I think I've tracked it down to a very corroded original needle jet/emulsion in one carb.

My theory is that it's clogged and not emulsioning (is that a word? :wtf: ) correctly and allowing entirely the wrong or bad mixture through at about that part of the throttle opening where it does all of its work - hence the pinging.

I'll take a good stock H2 needle jet/emulsion tube (type 171, size O-6) off of anyone's hands that may have one lying around that they don't require any more, please!

I'm not sure that aftermarket set will work well.

I sell you a set of three needle jets in tip top condition, removed from new carbs according to the person I got them from, OR a set of used emulsion tubes which will probably work fine.

Send me a PM for pictures and pricing if you are interested. I'll need to dig them out of boxes.

Ivan's kits work great, $225 plus postage: http://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/h2.htm

H2's had two different jet needles, I think the needle jets were all the same, see here: http://www.kawatriple.com/carbspec.html
