If you cant find a decent one and you're not too correct happy.
A nice new one can be had from an MX model.
I will look it up and post if interested.
Used on my last h1 project, looked and worked great.

Same one different seller.
Cheap enough alternative until you find a better one.

Wonder if this will work on my 69? And if it swings out far enough to clear chambers?

Worth a shot, I dont know if the splined shaft is the same size, but imagine it is.

You should be good to go Mike.
All H1 years used the same part numbered shafts....

Part number = 13245-009
Part Description = KICKSTARTER SHAFT ASSEMBLY
Model Count = 7
S2 72 350 S2 STREET
H1 N/A 500 H1 MACH III STREET
H1B 72 500 H1 MACH III STREET
H1C 72 500 H1 MACH III STREET
H1D 73 500 H1 MACH III STREET
H1E 74 500 H1 MACH III STREET
KH500-A8 76 500 KH500 STREET

Now just hope its a better clearance on the pipes you hoped for.

It fits the 69, and it clears the chambers. Thanks for the link !
