I don't know if you are doing a historically correct restoration, or just need a hold down rubber, but, all the other Japanese bike manufacturers have used all sorts of rubber tank and other hold downs. Just a thought.

Thank you, just need a hold down strap, I'll dig through my stash of battery straps. Was hoping for the correct part though

I WAS referring to rubber hold-down straps, many in use, all different sizes, on various other makes and models, that was my info.

I have a Suzuki rubber strap holding a fuel tank on one of my Yamaha's, because it fits, is of considerably better quality, and it cost less. There are many longer straps that would hold batteries, oil tanks, etc., just have to look for them.
