Need a set of 400 forks.
I have the lowers but no tubes or guts.
So even if the outer/lower parts are crappy, I will take a set with decent chrome tubes.

Man you folks have to quit falling for those sellers who show parts they DONT have.
Or even just by looking at the website, it shows not available.
Besides a NOS front end would be more than a new S3 cost in 1974....

I appreciate the effort however, thanks

This won't help you Steve but I was curious what Diablo had. Sure enough only H1 tubes but not bad at $151. The page says sold only in pairs so I assume that's the pair cost. Anyway Diablo is always adding stuff so I check there frequently.

I got a pair of H2 tubes from Jess for $110 delivered, Barry. I suspect that he doesn't have KH400 tubes or Steve would have gotten them already.

Right on Jim, Jess was selling them for 100 and 110 shipped is a steal.
I got away from Diablo after Andre sold out Repro Decals or merged if you prefer.
Charging Canadian guys in US funds? Not cool.
They do have a great assortment of items for our bikes.
And one of the most complete lists and if listed, its available most times.
Always liked Andre and Ellen.

I had already asked Jess earlier if maybe he had a set laying around,
but he has always catered more to the H series bikes as far as inventory.

At this point I am not pushing the panic button, bike sat on my lift table for a year...
But if I can find a complete drop in set of guts for my KH400 lowers, I might buy a set of gold anodized repro tubes from the UK.
Look nice with black lowers and these wheels.

That is pretty much all I do is find parts, every day, if CMS has it listed, that means they have it.

You and me both brother.
Spend 1/3 of my day surfing for stuff for bikes.
But as you can see they dont have much more than any other sellers, the stuff is getting harder to find every day.
At least they tell you when its not available.
Unlike the ones who take your money and end up shipping just a pack of screws and charge shipping on a larger order.
Then just refund for the NA items later on with a lame appology.

8-)
