If you don't Healy coil then of some type. I have them some nice ones. |

There are people on this board that offer Heli-Coil repairs to those specific oil pump threads. |

I thought about helicoil but didn't think they made them that small. I know a gut that is a machinist, maybe I should give him a call |

I have stripped threads for exhaust stud. I have the helicoil kit. should I use somesort of loctite on that insert? epoxy? |

Properly installed, either would be fine for the exhaust stud threads. ( the locking type are designed for thru holes ). Just make sure you drill the correct size hole and tap it square. |
