 Post subject: need 73 h1 d oil tank

Just wondering are the oil tanks from 1973 through 1976 the same? If so I have one that I can ck out tomm. and let you know. I am trying to get rid of all my h1 parts so if it is good then away it goes.

I am almost certain they are not....I tried to order one off ebay and it looked very similar but it did not fit.

It was either a 69-71 tank or perhaps it was newer....not sure I will post a pic and maybe someone can tell me.

It is the same part number for 73 thru 76.

Ahh..ok then well I guess I have an earlier one or perhaps its an H2 oil tank.

anyhow. I need the H1 oil tank still.

I do not really have alot of stuff left. I sold it with a H1-B. I have a set of heads, kick start shafts, transmission parts, A super nice 1976 KH500 exhaust center pipe, I have a NOS oil pump cover. I will look thru my stuff... What do you need? I do not have a nice fender it needs a rechrome.
