The old site once mentioned 1445 bulbs (14.4 Volt @ 1.94 watt) or 1891 (14.0 Volt @ 3.36 watt).
I've used the latter and like the extra voltage buffer although it looks like I'm getting approx 2.88 watts at 12 Volts.
They are also taller and closer to the gauge face which seems to help although I wonder if there might be a problme due to heat.
BTW, the 3894 bulbs are cheap on eBay at 5.49 for a box of 10 + 2.69 shipping.
