•We sized the Inside diameter to allow perfect clearance between the bronze and the steel bushing after the bushing is pressed into the swing arm.

•What this means is no more honing up to size.

•Pair up with our Stainless Steel Internal Bushing set.

I have put in a few sets of these over the years, and found no need to hone, I think someone mentioned the same thing earlier on........ Grease them up, get some torque on to the pivot nut/bolt, and the swing-arm will almost stay horizontal w/o a shock bolted up. It should not be a problem!! (just one opinion)

While I am not doubting HVC's claim that they fit without honing, it is telling me that they may be looser than desired on some applications. Every machined part has a tolerance, if you stack them all up on the one side and it works without any honing that means it will be loose if you are at the other side of the tolerance stack.

I think I will have to agree with Rod and would like to see them a little on the tighter side on initial install, they are only going to get looser from that point.
