I went right through my collection of alternators and pick up plates and other electrical parts last night.

It seems I have three alternators in various states of disrepair and one set of pick ups and plates.

This wouldn't be too much of an issue to make one good arrangement out of all of it (I have the tools and experience) except one of my pick ups has been trashed at some stage in its life - it was 'glued' on to the plate using epoxy by a previous owner as the Bakelite housing around the coil was almost completely destroyed.

It probably still works (and you don't actually see them in normal operation), but I'd dearly like to have a set of three decent pick ups nicely and neatly soldered and crimped and attached onto a clean set of plates to match the rest of the restoration.

So... does anyone have one pick up they want to part with?

Ta
Paul

I "may" have one Paul, still need a couple of days to get something together for you - I have a "everything happening at once" thing going on just at the moment....!
