Thanks,

Do you guys want to fight over this one? http://www.ebay.com/itm/KAWASAKI-400-S3-S3A-GRIP-BAR-SEAT-35032-028-EXCELLENT-CONDITION-/171158548918?_trksid=p2054897.l4276 He wants $178.90 + $28 to ship. :!:

If you have one that is ugly you might consider getting it replated at a reputable plating shop. It will cost nearly what this guy is asking for his by the time you add in shipping both ways.

I saw that, but damn, $200 bucks? Are they getting that rare? I used to have tons of this stuff.

You just have to be patient if your timeline allows, as they will surface from time to time. I believe I paid around $45 for a decent rider S-series rail a couple years ago, but then sold it to Cody for his S3. Just keep looking. Maybe Tanner of Z1 would consider making these too?

I have a few here I think, but they are definate replating candidates.
I know I have a couple right out on the bench, but I need to figure out if they are H1 or KH400/S3
Whats the easiest way to tell?

S3 will have a slight radius to the top profile and the mounting bosses will be behind the bend, H1 will be almost straight across top and the mounting bosses are in front of the bend.

Edit: Why am I not surprised the answer is right here...

Most things that I got for my S3 were pricey. Take these guys up on their offers of replateable (is that a word?) used parts while they still have them.

Good luck.
