I contacted Volker at hard-to-find-parts and he is shipping me 12 stainless studs at 115 euros. Thanks for the leads on the German Ebay!!!!

That's unfortunate... $175 for 12 studs! :shock:

I can buy 5.8 grade studs locally from Fabory for $1 a piece... 8.8 are a bit more dear at $1.50 each. Of course they aren't stainless though.

If this is the case then why not offer this info up when posting about looking for H2 cyl studs?? I searched around and couldn't find a match. Having a local machine shop make a set was going to run near the same price.

I watched Chris Ritchie make a set of stainless studs in 2009, took him about ten minutes. Did anyone call ARP to get a price from them?

I'm not in the market myself, I only offered it up when I saw this thread...

Checkout Thomasnet for local company's near you. I use R.E.Glover for custom fasteners in my area.

He did, you never replied.........
