As said , looking for a set of bigger carbs for my H1. Either H2 carbs or VM 34, which should I prefer. ..?

First over wossner
Uni pods
Jims dencos
"Slightly" ported or rather clean up. ..
VM 28 Ivans carbkit, 115 mains , run strong with reasonable lowend. ..

Will there be any improvement performance wise. .?

yes, but at the expense of bottom end and fuel mileage. I have VM34's on my H1.

Will there be a big drop in bottomend compared to my existing VM28..?

Don't think I'll do more porting, but I feel that there could be more power at top..The bike runs strong as it is at the moment

Fuel mileage is not a question....

Might just send the barrels away and get the reeds in once for all....

The problem with big carbs on piston ports, is you have to be precise with your throttle when out of the powerband. Instead of the bbbbbbaaaawwwwaaaaa, you get a longer BBBBAAAAAAAWWWWAAAAAAAAAA, as it takes a lot longer to get the air speed up with the much bigger carbs.

I'm a hamfist, so that drives me crazy........ :wtf:
