Genuine perches command a big price, but reproductions are out there. Try Reproductiondecals, Jess- bikes, Mid-Atlantic cycles to start with. (And E-bay, of course!). Is it an original restoration?

I was also looking for one during my build with no luck. What I ended up doing was using an early S2 perch, no mirror mount. I think I even bought a black one & sanded off the paint & polished it, can be had for about $25 NOS. I carefully filed perch & fitted the original lever to the perch. I bought the reproduction set of levers from the guy in Norway & they are not real good quality & the S2 perch basically looks the same & original quality part.

Best pic I could find. Only diff from original is the angle of the pinch bolt.

HaHa, that one (USED) ended over $200. If that keeps up exact reproductions should appear soon.
