Yes, I work fixing the various issues and problems of those MSD Ready to Quit distributors, every day.

Aluminum cap terminals work just fine, live long and prosper.

We might look at some of the car ignition system parts makers, some few European older engines were 3 cylinders, Saab Sonnett, others. One of them might turn out to work, with some level of modification.
