I recently ordered some wheel bearings from the old bike barn. They were advertised as Koyo brand, made in japan, a decent bearing. Prices were good so I ordered some. What I got was packages of Allballz Racing bearings. Not the same quality of the Koyo's. I was disappointed to say the least.

Gave them a call and had to leave a message. I got a quick call back with an apology and a full refund of the price with no send back of the bearings. While I didn't get what I thought I was receiving I was pleased with how they handled it. I would probably place an order with them again. I will say that shipping on there part was on the slow side though. I ordered them on a Monday and they didn't ship until that Thursday.
