My name is Dave Singleton and I offer
Triple crank rebuilds the way they should be done
I am a Master technician by trade.
I've been at it 36 years .
I learned this trade from 2 highly respected
Triple machinists from outside this country.
Chris and Don have both passed on unfortunely
But I am grateful for the knowledge they helped me with.
I take this knowledge and some special tasks I have learned
And come up with . I believe this helps the crankshafts I rebuild
Help the engine run great , smooth , and most important
Last for a long time.
Also deliver the power you expect .
I will work within
Your budget and get you a great running crank in a timely
Fashion.
There are many non board members as well
As board members with great running triples riding
And racing out there. I can use all new parts or save
Rods in some cases. I've been rebuilding triple cranks for
quite a while and my
Reputation speaks for itself.
I will charge a fair price and dont offer free service to up
my business. But you do get what you pay for.
the type of parts is your choice and if you have a
place to supply your own then lets do it.

Porschedave, good looking cranks! I need to get my green B:s crank done (actually the whole engine) but i am afraid you are too far from me. Just for curiosity, how much would you charge for a H2 crank incl. all parts? Roughly?

The seller of this S3 is running one of Dave's cranks. See the Q&A on the bottom of listing:

kawi3cyl, thanks for the reference. Pricing seems to be very reasonable, crank rebuilding is almost forgotten skill here.

I have a "Porschedave" crank in my H2, safe to 20,000 RPM (a friend found a neutral between first and second), really though, the engine works great and is smoother than any other non-rubber-mounted H2 I have ridden.

before winter hits.

although I haven't found the 20,000RPM threshold like Joe  , I too have to say that the engine I just put together (has Dave's crank) for the '70 H1 is one of.... if not, THE smoothest running triples Ive ever ridden...

You're in good hands with Dave.

Wow Cody , Joe , Im really happy your experiencing great results with the crankshafts.
I try to treat each one like it was going in my engine too!! You guys are a couple great triple owners
who know your bikes and a pleasure to talk to here and there. Thanks again.
Im hoping John Likes this one Im boxing tonight
for his H2. We thought using all NR /non rotating bearings might help his case problem. His old crank spun the bearings
too much Im afraid. Always a nice upgrade but this one is sweet with New Rods etc!!!
