These are more than just a bag of parts, there are about $100 of Mikuni jets (at typical prices) included with the needles, orifice tubes and stainless float bowl cap screws in a nice little plastic organizer. 
With the work that goes into the custom parts, these kits are a bargain, especially considering the R&D testing that Ivan has gone through so that you don't have to throw good money after bad at a bunch of brass hoping to get it right by throwing darts! BRAVO Ivan!
