Send me yours and I'll take good care of you.
Bead Blasting by the job.
I'll give you a price before I start after I have your pieces in my hands.
Customer responsible for shipping and insurance both ways.
Customer responsible for making sure all pieces are free of glass beads before assembly

This service includes cleaning off all old gasket material if required and chasing all threads.
Pricing is $40 an hour for cleaning parts and bead blasting ,carb cleaner is $4 a can .
I'll do your whole motor, excluding exterior covers for $250 + shipping both ways, if I don't have to clean the parts prior to bead blasting .

Exterior covers are $100 more just for Bead Blasting, which will leave a satin finish, not smooth, suitable for sanding and polishing. Removing gasket material for Exterior Covers is priced at the standard parts cleaning labor rate of $40 an hour.

( I hate cleaning parts .... :D :D :D )

Post subject:  Jerry Mostellers motor updates

I divided my time yesterday between bead blasting, working on #1 son's car , repairing one of Jerry's grenade or deto damaged heads, working on the feed truck, and more bead blasting and prep for blasting;
Jerry's center cylinder head. I was afraid he'd have hot spots:
Image
After a bit of persuasion , it is a lot better . I was careful not to take much material off or change the shape:

Here's the cylinders getting a bath. I'll work on them some more this afternnon. The morning is pretty well filled up today with grocery shopping for #1 sons graduation shindig set to take place in the pasture tomorrow.

More progress headin" out now to blend chain damage to Jerry's lower case and bead blast it at 80. hope to begin packing the stuff up tomorrow :D :D :D
Upper cast 1st pass @ 80

Upper case and top end rear after 1st pass @ 80

front view top end

and from the side top case and top end after 1st paas @ 80

I'll run them all through the blaster again at 40 PSI to knock a little of the shine back and make it more of a satin finish, looks like a model car now.
