Hi,
yes the kit comes with 8mmm bolts, so they doesn't fit to the old H1 without changes. New models are no problem.
It's also right that it makes sense to fit some small bushings in the original levers, because they are normally
in bad conditions. That's they way I do it for my own bikes,
