This is another one of my favorite vendors, they make all sorts of ball bearings and their cermaic line is amazing. When we first installed them in our wheels it was immediately evident that they had a lot less rolling resistance than typical steel bearings.
We propped the front wheel up and gave it a good spin with the old bearings and it went around about two and a half times...we thought that wasn't too bad. After the ceramic bearings were installed we gave it a good spin and it went for more than an hour !!!
One of the cheapest and coolest upgrades for a triple is to replace the ball bearing in your clutch pusher with a ceramic ball...it will never weld itself to the shafts.
