I need a dyno shop, that has experence with triples
tuning. I'm converting mechanical injectors to EFI, and
need to have a shop I can get dyno time with. H2 with
EFI on E-85 and nitrous, would be bringing tuner with
me.
Located in Lexington Ky. and would like to stay 300
miles or so close, if possible.

Thanks for any help
Coebie

Total waste of time & effort.

The ONLY "dyno" that actually works, sits on the seat, and twists the throttle, the "Seat Of The Pants" dyno.

A dyno has never been, is not now, and never will be a "tuning device" of any kind, it is only a component testing & development tool.

I can't believe that this, is the best representation of this Forum!
Red Skelton, was the only Clown, that was entertaining, PERIOD

I will no longer look for help here, as it is clear to me, that this
is the reason I never bought into forums! Too much B.S. and
folks with worthless egos.
You Sir, are an part numberpart numberpart numberpart numberpart number
And if there is any question, I am 72 years old, and definitely
seen my share of idiots! I was trained at Mercury Marine on
2 cycles in the late 60s, and have been involved with triple
drag racing sense I bought my first H2 in Sept. 72.

Thanks For All The Help

Me, 74 years old. I was Yvon duHamel's race bike mechanic at Team Kawasaki Road Race, U.S.A. (along with Steve Whitelock, early to mid 1970's)., engine design & development engineer for all 4 Japanese manufacturers, same for R.C. Engineering on street bikes, and engine designer for Russ on the rear engine inline Gold Wing cylinder head Top Fueler, race engine tech on The Sorcerer, Russ' Top Fuel, supercharged, dual engine V8 Top Fuel drag bike, and I just retired from a noted MotoGP entity. I worked as an engine development engineer on AMA/FIM Grand Prix engine design & development for the last 28 years for a rider that won 18 championships, and two of his team mates that won two each MotoGP titles as well.

I also owned and ran, was the mechanic in 3 of my own motorcycle shops.

51 years of street, dirt and race bike engineering, stock, performance, all-out race. I own 3 dyno's, 3 flow benches (1 dry flow, 2 wet flow units (I built the 2 wet flow benches all by myself)). YES, I am arrogant, and insist on telling it exactly like it is, because I LIVED EVERY SECOND OF IT, hands-on.

And, you worked for Mercury Marine.... ADMIRABLE. Too bad I don't have all the raw experience you obviously have, sir.

Rod, butt out, do not start your usual trouble making. Nobody here needs any of it from you.

For the record, NO-ONE said the OP couldn't use a dyno, the only thing revealed was dyno's are a development tool for parts and in 2 strokes parts compatibility, NOT A TUNING, NOR FINAL TUNING DEVICE.

Live with it.

Oh, yes, it has, Rod. Too bad people like you, and the MerCruiser tech haven't changed with it, nor for the better.

We found decades ago, the better dyno for final, and along the way tuning, IS the dyno that sits on the seat, twists the throttle, and is done while actually riding the bike, not on the stationary parts evaluation tool.

NO-ONE has ever ridden any floor mounted dyno around the block. The only dyno's that do move, are those pesky riders, you know, Rod, the ones like me, that have changed along the "50 year" development oddessy you always claim, quite erroneously, I have missed.

I suggest you come up to the present, things have evolved extensively in these 5 decades you have steadfastly refused to accept.
