I found these on Amazon that are a perfect fit at the rear tubing of my KH500 frame. My approximate ID measurements are 23.44mm/.923". These come in a qty of 8 for $8.45, free shipping! These have a slight texture on the very end, and are a snug fit, so you will need a small rubber or plastic ended hammer to tap these in. Once they're in, they're IN. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077SF6873/ Here are their pictures: |

For a more permanent plug, I use cup type flat or convex steel soft plugs for cars, either interference fit, or welded in place. |
