I need a new seat for my next H2 build, and I see z1parts and Jessbikes are both selling repro seats.. how is the quality of these reproseats ? have anybody here tried these seats they sell ? both of them say small adjustments might be necessary... or should I maybe just go for a used seat, and restore it ?

I have used several of their seats. They look nice and are decent quality. They need some bending and tweaking/shimming to fit just right. I have had some
original seats that have needed a little tweaking also. Most of the fit issue seems to be around the tail. I'm getting ready to get your frames/motors
on a pallet so there would be plenty of room for a box with a seat John.

i used a seat from Z1 parts on mine, i had to grind alittle on the hinges to get it to fit, it looked great.
had some minor issues with the holder/lock thingy. i had to press down on the seat to close and open it. wasnt that much of an issue for me, but if you want it to be supersmooth it might be.
