What I find most entertaining about the "loud pipes" debate is that most people I know who ride open-piped Harleys and claim that their loud pipes save lives, refuse to wear helmets. Helmets DO save lives........ One guy I know recently claimed to enjoy riding his Harley (with open pipes) with his 500 watt stereo blaring at 120 mph, sans helmet. I replied that he just liked pissing people off, and he said, "Yep". My wife thinks my Jemco pipes are terribly loud, and they are not quiet, for sure. I don't think they are saving my life. I just like the way the bike runs with them. I really do try not to piss people off. Lane |

Get it running well with a muffler system..... and I ride a bike to get AWAY from 500 watt stereos, (not that they don't have their place.... Tonight, Neil Young.... "Journey thru the Past") All Good!!
