By far the highest top speed of any of the Triples, including the H2.

I love a good, healthy Debate...........!!

Cycle World 1972 H2 actual TopSpeed 119.72

Cycle World 1971 H1A actual TopSpeed 124.8

Cycle World 1969 H1 actual TopSpeed 119.14

Notice that the 69 was supposed to be the fastest of the triples but it really wasn't.

Somebody has spent too much time studying old road tests.

that's strange i wonder why the H2 wasn't at least a bit faster?

Something is odd about those two tests - the H2 is quicker and faster in the 1/4 mile so the higher top speed of the H1A can only be a result of gearing.
