I would suggest you rubber mount the rear mounts. Aa SS cracks
easier than mild steel.

put your glasses on, the hole in the pipes bracket has a rubber grommet in it. I have used a shoulder bolt as not to compress it to much. The pipe has some wiggle in it.

Is that a standard length Airtech seat (Hansen) or have you lengthened it? The fit looks great!

It'll run a WHOLE lot better with the centre plug cap on H ;) . . . NICE Job - When do I get a go ? . . . . Oh, what condition is the throttle cable in :roll:

stop by any time just bring a newspaper for the wife. the throttle cable is fine, you wont be pulling it that hard as the bikes too fast for you.

That looks a great Job Henry,well done...If i could give some constructive criticism,i am not a big fan of the headlamp arrangement.
A round headlamp would make a world of difference.
